Rev. Milton Edwards is the Founder and President of Firm Faith Ministries, a charitable missions organization based in Toronto, Canada. His vision is to empower churches in the Caribbean by cultivating creative partnerships and building effective leadership among children, youth, and young adults—helping them reach their fullest potential.

With over 38 years of experience in children’s, youth, and family ministries, Pastor Milton has ministered across Canada, the United States, and numerous Caribbean islands. He has organized and led multiple short-term mission trips, spearheaded leadership training and church empowerment seminars, and hosted gospel crusades throughout the region.

For the past 18 years, Pastor Milton has provided dedicated leadership to Firm Faith Community Church, which he helped plant as a practical response to real-life needs, offering hope and solutions to individuals and families.

In addition to his pastoral work, Pastor Milton has served as a Child and Youth Worker with the York Region District School Board in Markham, Ontario for 24 years, supporting children and families facing emotional, behavioral, and social adjustment challenges, including those on the autism spectrum. He has also worked in various children’s residential facilities, helping hard-to-serve youth develop the skills they need to thrive in their communities.

Pastor Milton previously served for seven years as Assistant Pastor at Malvern Free Methodist Church. He is a graduate of Tyndale University in Toronto, and also studied at Miami Christian College (now Liberty Bible College) and Emmanuel Bible College in Ontario. He was ordained under the Free Methodist Church in Canada.
